Team Intro
As an integral part ofByteDances Real Estate department the Smart Space team aims toprovide employees with a safe convenient flexible crossborderdistribution and a comfortable working environment throughinnovative intelligent hardware applications and space resourceplanning. To enable continuous improvement of employees workefficiency and experience we strive to combine ByteDances missionvision and values to create our unique smart workspace.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for defining the functions and parameters of smartreal estate hardware and peripheral accessories clarifying testingrequirements and ensuring responsibility for user experienceintegration efficiency and delivery quality.
2. Researchand track industry development technological trends and marketchanges in the forefront of smart hardware complete requirementanalysis and explore product opportunities.
3.Independently plan prototype design product processes andinteraction design including definition design promotion etc. andcomplete the writing of required documents.
4. Coordinateand promote internal R&D teams and external partners tocomplete product development and launch on time and with highquality.
5. Independently responsible for the landing ofpilot projects or small projects and able to serve as a projectmanager during the process.
6. Research and trackindustry development technological trends and market changes in theforefront of smart hardware complete requirement analysis anddiscover product opportunities.
Minimal requirements
1. Bachelors degree or above with 3 years of workexperience in the field of smart hardware familiar with the overallarchitecture of the Internet of Things.
2. Familiar withthe development process of smart hardware products independentlyformulate execution plans for each stage such as prototypingdevelopment and product.
3. Have a keen product sense anduserdriven mindset with great sensitivity to the needs ofbusinessend users and the experience of customerend users.
4. Have the ability to independently manage andfacilitate projects with good communication coordination andorganizational skills.
5. Good at capturing industrytrends and market dynamics with keen business sense and insightfulproduct insights and can discover new products/new directionscombined with requirements.
6. Have a global mindset withexcellent communication skills in a crosscultural workingenvironment.

Preferred requirements
1. Experience in building and developing IoT devicesnetworks and systems is preferred. Experience or research in smartlighting sensor/vision technology office air treatment smartfurniture space resources etc. is preferred.
2. Having acertain understanding of the overall architecture of the Internetof Iot system (the typical perception layer network layer platformlayer and application layer) is preferred.
3. Experienceof developing products from 0 to 1 is preferred.
4.Experience in landing overseas projects is preferred.
