To enable continuous improvement of employees work efficiency and experience we strive to combine TikToks mission vision and values to create our unique smart workspace.Responsibilities:1. Responsible for defining the functions and parameters of smart real estate hardware and peripheral accessories clarifying testing requirements and ensuring responsibility for user experience integration efficiency and delivery quality.2. Research and track industry development technological trends and market changes in the forefront of smart hardware complete requirement analysis and explore product opportunities.3. Independently plan prototype design product processes and interaction design including definition design promotion etc. and complete the writing of required documents.4. Coordinate and promote internal R&D teams and external partners to complete product development and launch on time and with high quality.5. Independently responsible for the landing of pilot projects or small projects and able to serve as a project manager during the process.6. Research and track industry development technological trends and market changes in the forefront of smart hardware complete requirement analysis and discover product opportunities.QualificationsMinimal requirements1. Bachelors degree or above with 3 years of work experience in the field of smart hardware familiar with the overall architecture of the Internet of Things.2. Familiar with the development process of smart hardware products independently formulate execution plans for each stage such as prototyping development and product.3. Have a keen product sense and userdriven mindset with great sensitivity to the needs of businessend users and the experience of customerend users.4. Have the ability to independently manage and facilitate projects with good communication coordination and organizational skills.5. Good at capturing industry trends and market dynamics with keen business sense and insightful product insights and can discover new products/new directions combined with requirements.6. Have a global mindset with excellent communication skills in a crosscultural working environment.Preferred requirements1. Experience in building and developing IoT devices networks and systems is preferred. Experience or research in smart lighting sensor/vision technology office air treatment smart furniture space resources etc. is preferred.2. Having a certain understanding of the overall architecture of the Internet of Iot system (the typical perception layer network layer platform layer and application layer) is preferred.3. Experience of developing products from 0 to 1 is preferred.4.
