Mainresponsibilities:

  • Gather prices fromrelevant suppliers for Project and Stock relatedrequirements.
  • Populate Project Tables with thevarious supplier options based on the Bill of Material highlightingthe best options from a price and deliveryperspective.
  • Work with Accounts department toprepare and issue POs to suppliers.
  • Follow upon deliveries from Suppliers to ensure deliveries are ontarget.
  • Follow up on Material TraceabilityCertificates IEC Certificates FAT reports ExProof and other relatedCertificates / reports.
  • Check and confirmreceipt of goods match the technical requirements and quantitiesordered.
  • Coordinate with Logistic Coordinatordocuments preparation (e.g. CIPL) and JAFZAdeclarations.
  • Create relationships with thelong term/reliable suppliers to ensure the best service anddelivery is guaranteed.
  • Explore and source newSuppliers.
  • Audit and check suppliers to ensurethey meet the Technical and Productrequirements.
  • Quality inspection of material onreceiving.
  • Maintaining tools and stockinventory replenishing them and tracking toolsbox.
  • Preparing data packs and assistingEngineering team to prepare engineering documents ifrequired.

What you bring (experience& qualifications)

Minimum of 2 4 yearsof experience in the field
Business Diploma / ElectricalEngineering Degree preferred
Export and Import procedureswithin JAFZA and the Gulf countries beneficial.
