PositionSummary

Assist in themanagement of rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue, aswell as maintain accuracy of information and enhance automationefforts in reservation system. Assist in the preparation ofcompetitive analysis and other supporting documents forpresentation at market sales strategy meetings. Assist in managingroom authorizations, rates, and restrictions, includingcommunicating rate restrictions and strategy to properties. Performall Revenue Management month end reporting and auditing and provideforward looking information for the purposes of forecasting,targeting need areas and balancing financial expectations.Accurately generate, process and update all property and marketRevenue Management reports and serve as primary source for majorityof reporting and analytical needs of the Revenue Management team.Assist with system maintenance including but not limited to,inputting rate hurdles, monitoring forecasted demand, updatinggroup forecasting and running daily system checks. Assist withtraining of new associates as necessary on revenue managementtools. Assist in the implementation of hotel sales strategies inthe reservation and inventory systems.

Followall company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personalappearances are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality ofproprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome andacknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipateand address guests’ service needs; thank guests withgenuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear andprofessional language; answer telephones using appropriateetiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships withothers; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of otheremployees. Comply with quality assurance expectations andstandards. Read and visually verify information in a variety offormats; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighingless than or equal to 15 pounds without assistance; stand, sit, orwalk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable jobduties as requested.
