Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to ensure that customer feedback informs product developmentand marketing strategies.
  • Handle complex andescalated customer service issues.
  • Monitor andanalyze customer service performance metrics and provide regularreports to senior management.
  • Implementeffective loss prevention strategies to minimize financial risk andprotect company assets.
  • Train and mentor teammembers, fostering an environment of continuous learning andimprovement.
  • Stay informed of the latesttechnology trends and customer service best practices to driveinnovation in our customer experience strategy.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experiencein a customer service management role, preferably in the technologyor retail industry.
  • Proven experience withMicrosoft Dynamics or similar customer relationship management(CRM) software.
  • Demonstrated knowledge ofeffective loss preventionstrategies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills withthe ability to manage and inspire ateam.
  • Strong analytical skills with the abilityto interpret customer service data andmetrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills withthe ability to handle complex customer serviceissues.
  • Strong communication skills, bothwritten and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicatewith customers and all levels of theorganization.
  • A customer-centric mindset with apassion for delivering exceptional customerexperiences.
  • A bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, or a related field ispreferred.
