In this roleyou will lead the Retail Sales in (Kuwait Qatar Oman Bahrain) andhandle the distribution of Motorola Smartphones and accessories.You will report to the Mobile Business Group SalesDirector based in Dubai United ArabEmirates.



Theseare your detailedresponsibilities:

  • Managerelationships between country distributors and Motorola retailbusiness partners
  • Achieve channel sellouttargets including value volume anddistribution
  • Develop and execute the businessstrategy and drive endtoend ownership and accountability thatincludes complete ownership of the sales and retailprocess
  • Define and Review Key PerformanceIndicators to ensure the achievement of Motorola Business growthtargets
  • Lead and manage the field sales team(Area managers field force brand ambador etc.) to ensure businessgrowth and perfect
  • Work with crossfunctionalteams including sales product logistics sales operations andmarketing to build a gotomarket strategy for product launchesdefine a portfolio based on local requirements and drive globalpriorities


WhatYoull Bring/ PositionRequirements:

  • At least 10years sales management experience within the technology smartphoneindustry with some exposure to high volume sales and proven trackrecord of hightech product sales management experience inretail.
  • Fluency in BusinessEnglish
  • Proven track record of growing revenuesprofitability and market share in a highvolume technology relatedcompany
  • Exposure to selfmanagement team workingand time management in a complex matrixenvironment
  • Be Innovative with the ability tospot develop and implement businessopportunities
