Creation Business Consultants is the preferred and truly trusted business partners for the GCC.Job Description Key Accountabilities Effective leadmanagement and qualification Efficientcoordination of meetings and communications between business development consultantsand prospects Accuratemaintenance of CRM data and timely reporting Assistance inpreparing and reviewing proposals Key Responsibilities Initiate contactwith incoming leads through calls and emails within specified timelines togather information about their requirements and assign them to theappropriate business development consultant Arrange andcoordinate meetings between prospects and business developmentconsultants, ensuring smooth communication Maintainup-to-date and accurate lead information in the CRM system Manage follow-upcommunications to keep prospects engaged and ensure they progress throughthe sales pipeline, if required Prepare anddistribute reports on lead status, conversion metrics, and pipelineprogress Assist inreviewing and refining proposals to ensure they meet company standards andclient expectations Provide supportto the Executive Assistant in document preparation, and CRM datamanagement related to business development operations Stay informedabout legislative and legal changes that could impact CBC's businessenvironment, and communicate relevant updates to the business developmentteam Research andidentify networking events that can serve as effective lead generationtools for the business development team Identifyopportunities to improve processes and enhance the efficiency of businessdevelopment activities Conduct researchwith government and free zone authorities to assist the businessdevelopment team with inquiries Ensure proposaltemplates are well-maintained and updated as needed Provide the teamwith daily updates on relevant industry news Requirements Arabic languageskills are a plus3+ years ofexperience working in corporate/professional services within the UAE Ability toprioritize effectivelyMust be able tomultitask and handle heavy workloads efficientlyEffectiveinterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface withpersonnel at all levels, both verbally and in writingExcellentorganizational and planning skillsHigh degree ofmaturity, integrity, and energy, with good judgment and listeningcapability Why Join Us?
