Talent Acquisition Manager Emirati National

Our client a large manufacturingcompany is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to be based inAbu Dhabi UAE. In this role the candidate will be responsible formanaging the full cycle recruitment from identifying potentialhires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Talent AcquisitionManager is responsible for hiring new staff and retaining staff whoare already employed with the company. Other responsibilities wouldinclude but not limited to:
- Participating in theinterviewing process and making the final hiringdecision
- Assisting with internalhiring efforts which includes assessing existing employees withinthe organization for seniorroles
- Organizing and attendingcareer fairs to source suitablecandidates
- Developing effectiverecruitment strategies including job posting optimization physicaland digital employment marketing job board procurement and talentplanning
- Sourcing recruiting anddeveloping social engagement or talentpools
- Managing recruitment processesincluding initial assessments andinterviews
- Providing candidates withinformation on salary corporate benefits and workenvironment
- Providing recruitmentguidance and advice to HR professionals using employment and hiringdata
- Developing competitive orspecialized intelligence concerning talent development or employeeretention
- Using job boards socialmedia and the internet to source qualified candidates for openpositions
- Using recruitment andapplicant tracking software to evaluate candidates from selectionthrough toonboarding
Requirements
Tobe considered you need to meet the followingrequirements:
- Adegree in human resources management business administration or arelevant field.
- Must have a minimumof 8 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitmentincluding at least 3 years in a managerialrole.
- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
- Knowledge ofhuman resources laws.
- Knowledge ofjob posting sites and professional social media platforms such asLinkedIn.
- Ability tomultitask.
- Knowledge of variousinterviewingmethods.
