**Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**:
- Coordinate and manage the executive team's calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- **Communication**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents.
- **Travel Arrangements**:
- Make travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation, ensuring efficient itineraries.
- **Document Preparation**:
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required by the executive team.
- **Confidentiality**:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- **Office Management**:
- Assist in the smooth operation of the office by managing supplies, equipment, and coordinating maintenance as needed.
- **Special Projects**:
- Take on special projects and assignments as directed by the executive team.
**Qualifications**:
- Emirati National.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
