SpecificResponsibilities
The Student RecruitmentExecutivewillbe responsiblefor the followingand other related duties assigned tosupport the salesobjectives and purpose of the
Responding to email,telephone andwalk-in inquiries from potential students; promoting the programsand services of theUniversity
Interviewing potentialstudents to explore their background, interests andidentify theirindividual career goals;advice onappropriateprograms to meet theirgoals
Completing enrollment ofnew students,including relatedpaperwork andprovidinginformation on paymentoptions
Maintaining records totrack and followup on potential leads,providingmotivation and encouragement to potential students asappropriate
Tracking and reportingon daily, weeklyactivities (leads, appointments, interviews,enrollment)
Providingongoing coaching/motivation to students to support successfulconversion to the program
Participating inonline and offline sales andmarketinginfo-sessions,events,roadshows, openhouses, schooltours,home visits andany other similar BTLactivities
Establishing andmaintaining weeklytargets

Educationand Experience:
- Graduatewith a minimum of2 years ofpost-secondary admissions and/orstudent outreachexperience isrequired
- Fluency in Englishand locallanguage
- Workexperience in student outreach for highered/edtech company is an asset
- Proficient inMicrosoft applications
- Proficient inPhotoshop or similar applications in an addedadvantage
