**Job Description: Executive Secretary**

**Position Overview**:*

As an Executive Secretary, you will provide high-level administrative support to top executives in a company or organization. Your role will involve managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive's office.
- **Gender**:Preferably Male.
- **Nationality**:Preferably Arab.
- **Salary**: Between 5k - 7k AED.

**Responsibilities**:*

1. *Calendar Management:*

Maintain and organize executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

2. *Communication:*

3. *Meeting Coordination:*

Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring necessary resources are available.

4. *Documentation:*

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive.

5. *Information Management:*

Maintain and update confidential files, databases, and records.

6. *Travel Arrangements:*

Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for business trips.

7. *Expense Management:*

Track and reconcile expenses, prepare expense reports, and process invoices.

8. *Office Management:*

Oversee the smooth operation of the executive's office, including ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and handling administrative tasks as needed.

9. *Relationship Management:*

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members, on behalf of the executive.

10. *Special Projects:*

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the executive's office.

**Qualifications**:*

1. *Experience:*

Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives or senior management.

2. *Organizational Skills:*

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

3. *Communication Skills:*

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.

4. *Attention to Detail:*

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, from scheduling meetings to preparing documents.

5. *Discretion:*

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

**Education**:*

A bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred, but relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
