Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient OfficeManager to join our team. As an Office Manager you will beresponsible for managing the daytoday operations of our officeensuring smooth functioning and productivity. You will play acrucial role in maintaining a positive and professional workenvironment for our employees and clients.

KeyResponsibilities:

Oversee the daily operationsof the office including managing schedules coordinating meetingsand handling administrative tasks.

Manageoffice supplies and equipment ensuring they are wellstocked and ingood working condition.

Develop and implementoffice policies and procedures to improve efficiency andproductivity.

Act as the first point of contactfor visitors and clients providing them with a warm andprofessional welcome.

Handle incoming andoutgoing communication including emails phone calls andmail.

Coordinate with vendors and serviceproviders to ensure timely and efficient delivery ofservices.

Manage office budgets and expenseskeeping track of invoices and payments.

Maintain employee records including attendance leave andperformance evaluations.

Assist withrecruitment and onboarding of new employees.

Plan and organize company events and teambuildingactivities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.

Excellent organizational and timemanagementskills.

Strong communication and interpersonalabilities.

Proficient in MS Office and otheroffice management software.

Ability tomultitask and work in a fastpaced environment.

Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.

Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.

Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is aplus.
