Call Center Agent

Location:

Dubai

Language Proficiency:

English and/or Arabic fluency required

Responsibilities:
  1. Execute inbounds and outbound calls from potential clients within the cosmetics and aesthetics niche.
  2. Present and promote our range of cosmetic products/services to prospective customers.
  3. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and sales strategies.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in call center, ideally within a clinic specializing in cosmetics and aesthetics.
  2. Familiarity with cosmetic treatments and procedures is highly advantageous.
  3. Excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
  4. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  5. Result-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
