Summary:

Theremote Call Center Representative works in a high volume fast-pacedenvironment handling inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling)for customers seeking a commercial insurance quote for their smallbusiness.

The ideal candidate has a minimum oftwo (2) years of customer support experience working in a remotecall center environment and is comfortable readingscripts.

As the voice of our company, the CallCenter Representative must possess excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, as well as be enthusiastic about helpingconsumers and driving theirsatisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Handle a large volume of inbound andoutbound calls related to small business owners inquiring aboutcommercial insurance needs
  • Follow communicationscripts and use knowledge of products and services to go off-scriptwhen necessary
  • Build positive relationships bygoing above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that allquestions, cancellations, and confirmations are handledappropriately
  • Meet daily qualitative andquantitative targets. Achieve all objectives for service,productivity, and quality standards

EquipmentRequirements:

  • Must have a Windows, Appledesktop/laptop or Chromebook
  • Access tohigh-speed internet
  • Dedicatedworkspace
  • Processor: Intel i5 8th Generation,Intel Celeron N4500 or AMD Ryzen 5 series ornewer
  • Processor: macOS 11 or newer (Big Sur 11,Monterey 12, Ventura 13, & Sonoma14)
  • RAM & CPU: less than 80%usage
  • RAM (physical memory): minimum 8GB

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experienceproviding customer support in a call centerenvironment
  • Minimum of 2 years workingremotely
  • High School diploma orequivalent
  • Strong experience with technologyand proficiency with computers, including Google Workplace(formally G Suite), Google Chrome, and CRMsoftware
  • Strong typing and data entryskills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highlypreferred
  • Exceptional customer service, activelistening, and verbal and written communication skills,professional phone voice.
  • Strong timemanagement and decision-makingskills
