Purpose of theJob:

As a Regional AccountDirector youll spearhead the management of key strategic paymentnetwork relationships driving longterm profit and revenue growththrough client strategies and stakeholdermanagement.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Developand maintain strategic relationships
  • Spearheadimplementation of regional strategic accountplans
  • Line management of the Regional AccountManager
  • Maintain commercial awareness andmarket intelligence
  • Handle regional businessreviews with clients
  • Matrix management ofglobal commercial stakeholders
  • Set directionfor regional account activities
  • Ensurealignment of operations with contractualagreements
  • Identify investigate and resolveissues
  • Negotiate contractualagreements
  • Coordinate responses to RFIs andRFPs
  • Monitor client revenues andprofitability

Requirements:

  • SeniorAccount/Relationship managementexperience
  • Understanding of technology andoperations
  • Experienced in complex contractualnegotiations
  • Expert in building relationshipswith senior staff of bluechiporganizations
  • Commercial awareness andunderstanding of competitive environments
  • Highlevel of numeracy and computer literacy
  • Fluentin English additional languagespreferred
