Develop and maintain strategic relationshipsLead implementation of regional strategic account plansLine management of the Regional Account ManagerMaintain commercial awareness and market intelligenceAnticipate and respond to competitive challengesLead regional business reviews with clientsMatrix management of global commercial stakeholdersSet direction for regional account activitiesEnsure alignment of operations with contractual agreementsIdentify, investigate, and resolve issuesNegotiate contractual agreementsCoordinate responses to RFI's and RFP'sMonitor client revenues and profitability
