- Monitor competitorofferings and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maximizecompetitive advantage.
- Regularly track andreport on sales performance, market trends, and industryinsights.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, andannual sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to ensure revenuetargets are met.
- Conduct post-event reviews toensure satisfaction and identify areas forimprovement.
- Work closely with thehotel's operations team, including the front office,events, and catering departments, to ensure seamless execution ofbookings and events.
- Coordinate with marketingteams to create tailored promotional offers for government and GCCclientele.
- Oversee and manage the entire salesprocess from lead generation and proposal creation to contractnegotiation and final closing.
- Ensurecompliance with the hotel's pricing structure, contracts,and policies while delivering tailored solutions to meet clientneeds.

- Abachelor's degree in Business Administration, HospitalityManagement, Marketing, or a relatedfield.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience inhotel sales, with a proven track record in the GCC market and/orgovernment sector sales.
- Strong understandingof the GCC business landscape, government procurement processes,and key corporate accounts.
- Experience workingwith government contracts and tenders is a significantadvantage.
- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to build rapport withsenior-level clients and governmentofficials.
- Proven ability to manage multiplepriorities and navigate complex decision-makingprocesses.
- Strong negotiation, presentation,and closing skills.
- Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software (e.g.,Salesforce, Opera), and other salestools.
- Fluency in English is required;proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strongcultural sensitivity and an understanding of the GCCregion's business etiquette anddynamics.
