Pagero is seeking a career-driven, ambitious and highly motivated Regional Account Manager focused on our growing business in the Middle East. As a Regional Account Manager, you will work with clients from different sectors across the region.

Reporting to the Sales Manager – Gulf, this will be an individual contributor role.

You will become part of an exciting journey to help Pagero´s worldwide expansion and will work exclusively in new sales and business development. The perfect candidate for this role is passionate about the opportunity of growing a business and is excited and driven by working in a fast-paced, global environment.

Over the first few weeks, you will receive training through a structured academy program.

Job description

  • Identify business opportunities by finding prospects in your regional market.
  • Achieve annual business targets by selling into net new and existing accounts.
  • Maintain a recurring continuous pipeline to achieve sales targets, through cold prospecting, referrals from own professional network, with an ability to maintain high volumes of outbound prospecting activities on a weekly / monthly basis.
  • Work closely with the Partner and Marketing teams to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global teams to work on Global Accounts.
  • Ensure 100% renewals for the existing customers.
  • Ability to make upsell and cross sells into the existing accounts.
  • Work with Finance team to ensure timely revenue collection from customers.
  • Being a true team player by contributing to team effort by accomplishing role-related results as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent skills in prospecting, managing sales pursuits and closing business.
  • Good interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with prospects/customers.
  • Understanding of procure to pay and order to cash processes.
  • 5-7 year of sales experience in selling Software / Applications in the GCC.
  • Prior experience in selling ERPs like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft etc., Tax Technology solutions, Procurement Automation solutions etc. would be an added advantage.
  • Driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales.
  • Highly customer-focused.
  • Professional working proficiency in English. Additional language skills will be valued.
