Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager specialising in commercial interiors, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. Your role will be pivotal in expanding the company's client base, maximizing profitability, and establishing its brand as a preferred provider of commercial interior solutions in Dubai. This is a challenging yet rewarding position for a proactive and results-driven professional.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial interiors sector in Dubai.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, project managers, and other decision-makers within the commercial interiors industry.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets and increase market share.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's capabilities and unique value propositions.
• Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with the internal team to close deals.
• Collaborate closely with the design, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and market demands to identify opportunities for service and product enhancements.
• Provide regular reports, sales forecasts, and updates to the company's management team on business development activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development or sales within the commercial interiors industry, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
• Strong network and established relationships with key players in the commercial interiors sector.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai market, industry trends, and client preferences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing business opportunities.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong sales orientation and a drive to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid UAE driving license.
