Job description

·        Present, promote and sell IT products/software development and designing services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.

·        Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships.

·        Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, emails and various online marketplaces by connecting through lead generations tools.

·        Analyze the IT territory/market's potential, track software sales and status reports.

·        Supply management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new IT products and software services.

·        Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and IT market research.

·        Continuously improve through feedback.

·        IT Sales lead: Pitch our software development and designing services and IT products to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

·        During review meeting, discuss progress and find new ways to improve business

·        Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization

·        Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities in the accounts

 

Required Skills:

·        Following up with new business opportunities.

·        Proven track record within a proactive sales role

 

Job Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

·        Experience in both pre and after sales environments

·        Exceptional customer service skills

·        Proficient in database management and IT

·        The ability to work well in a team and demonstrate history of achieving results

·        Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
