(scheduling benchmarking and standardization /analysis and creation, cost estimates benchmarking, dashboards, ADEO quarterly billing cycle)Qualifications & ExperienceRELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:Min of: 12+ years of experience in planning, scheduling & control of projects at least AED 100 million in value with large establishments (annual revenue of at least AED 2 billion)MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE:Min of: 4+ years of managerial experience leading a team.FIELD OF EXPERIENCE:Project Scheduling / ConstructionSetting upTECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:Strong knowledge and exposure to the GCC & governmental sectorDeep understanding of project phases & government relationsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams towards embracing digital change and innovative thinkingAdept at handling multiple stakeholder relationshipsExcellent conflict resolution skills required to identify and propose solutions for any schedule slippage/cost overrun issuesAttention to detail to monitor and track scheduleQUALIFICATION(S):Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or equivalentMaster’s degree is preferable
