Our client, a leading Multinational in the FMCG/Pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join their team. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic brand initiatives that drive growth and enhance the company's market presence. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established brand and contribute to its ongoing success in a regional role.Responsibilities:To develop and sustain a powerful and meaningful brand position across multiple channels, through a deep understanding of market segmentation and customer requirements. This is a leadership role and its success and the success of the brand is created through collaboration with team members, external parties and stakeholders.Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives and drive brand equityLead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of brand campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiativesConduct market research to gain consumer insights and identify opportunities for brand growthMonitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform brand strategyCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies, to develop impactful marketing materials and brand communicationManage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resourcesEvaluate brand performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvementsEnsure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including packaging, point-of-sale displays, and online presenceStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and proactively share insights with the teamRequirementsMinimum of 5 years+ brand management experience in the FMCG/Pharmaceutical/Medical industry within a multinational organisationBachelors Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or related field is preferred. Strong strategic marketing experience and brand and consumer products marketing experience. Demonstrated capability to take products through a full marketing cycleExperience in building brand equity, creating marketing campaigns that deliver growth. Strong project and stakeholder managementManaging external agencies, market research & suppliersProven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategiesStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret market research dataExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to lead and motivate cross-functional teamsExperience in managing budgets and delivering results within financial constraintsProficiency in digital marketing tools and platformsStrong understanding of consumer behavior and market trendsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
