This vacancy is for an HR Business Partner for IMEA region.Purpose of RoleTo work closely with the region’s managers and senior leaders in order to implement HR processes and strategy that closely supports the overall aims of the organisation and the regionThis role will work closely with the People Advisor - IMEA, providing mentoring to them to support development and to create a strong business support function for the regionTo work in conjunction with the Head of HR and President - IMEA to streamline HR processes and create consistency and fairness in People approachesAnalysing people data trends and make suggestions to senior management of IMEA to maintain and make improvements towards retention.Key ResponsibilitiesConsult and work in conjunction with management, providing guidance on legislation, policies and ethical responsibilityManages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough investigations in line with local legislation and company policiesMaintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partnering with the internal legal department as requiredProvides day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionProvide expert input across a range of HR issues (generalist / specific expertise); Design and deliver high impact solutions that meet the needs of the businessAnalyse trends and metrics in partnership with the Head of HR and HR Data Analytics Specialist HRBP to present solutionsProvides guidance and input to the President – IMEA on departmental restructures for effective team outputSupport payroll and assist with payroll queries in conjunction with the People Advisor - IMEAManaging and analysing IMEA benefits and actively work with the President - IMEA to review Healthcare and all other staffing benefits.RequirementsIn-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employeesProven expertise in strategic planning and data presentationStrong people and relationship-building skills in a multinational environmentEffective communicator and leader with a collaborative approach, skilled in mentoring and team development.What We OfferOpportunity to join a global company and be part of a diverse international teamProfessional development and career opportunitiesUnlimited access to thousands of courses on LinkedIn Learning platformWith more than 50 years of experience, the Chapman Freeborn group provides a diverse range of aviation-related services on a global basis.
