Senior Sales Executive Jobs In Dubai 2022 | AreebajobsDescription:Areebajobs is recruiting for a Client in Jeddah 3 Sales Executives on a permanent Contract.Please register on and apply for this opportunity via the Platform.Only application received through the platform will be considered.Responsibilities• Successful candidates for the Sales Executive position will, among other things, be responsible for selling the Company’s apartments, generate and follow up on leads converting them into sales.• Oversee various activities that lead up to the purchase and sales of properties.• Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.• Meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.• Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.• Coordinating the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.• Facilitate arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal. • In charge of the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales.• Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returnsRequirements:
Minimum of an HND/Bachelors Degree• A proven track record of sale of apartments/houses 2-3years• Work experience in sales in the real estate industry.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
