Provide OCI Infrastructure strategic planning and technical guidance supporting Oracle EBS Applications and Middleware within a cloud environmentSolve complex technical problems that may involve multiple technology layers including database, messaging, operating systems, application servers, languages, and other middlewareUtilize effective communication, technical proficiency, application maintenance ownership, and the ability to work successfully with other business and technology personnel, and internal customers, to provide responsive support and maintenanceContribute to programs and initiatives designed to advance company strategic prioritiesProvide OCI Infrastructure strategic planning support for Oracle EBS Applications within the Air Force cloud environmentSupport the full life cycle spanning installation, configuration, patching, cloning, security, upgrades, user maintenance, troubleshooting, backup management, performance tuning, table space management, data recovery, and disaster recovery planningCreate and maintain documentationSupport CEMLI’s (Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localizations and Integrations)Coordinate with functional teams, developers and clientsWork collaboratively within an Agile development environmentDeliver exceptional service to internal and external clients, partners, and teammatesRequiredQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field and comparable experienceKnowledge of EBS administration, cloning, cloud infrastructure installation, upgrades, and patchingLMI may choose to substitute education with relevant experiencePreferred Education, Experience, & Skills5+ years of Oracle EBS experienceExperience with technologies such as WebLogic, SOAP/Rest, Bastion, Gateways, Load Balancing, and Oracle Identity Access Management, to name a fewStrong OCI experience deploying, integrating, and configuring Oracle Modules in an enterprise environmentPerformance ManagementExperience with Secure Hybrid Cloud solutionsExperience with High Availability, Cloning, Data Encryption, and Disaster RecoveryOracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring and management of databasesHave strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working within an Agile environmentWorking knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and 11g databaseSolid interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively organize and communicate across functional and technical lines are critical.
