The ideal candidate for this role should have the following qualities:آ Enthusiastic, enjoys being part of a successful and productive team with ability to develop innovative and creative solutions to problems.Able to work well on his own initiative and can demonstrate the high levels of motivation required to meet the tightest of deadlines and perform effectively under significant pressure.Ability to demonstrate good negotiation and influencing skills.Have a sharp eye and good sense of judgmentStrong track record in facilities management infrastructureExperience of Gas farm management, and fire alarm/fire fightingExperience in resolution of insurance claims related to DFC infrastructure.Excellent analytical skillsMinimum Qualifications and Knowledge:Qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer possesses strong leadership good communication skills and Hands-on Experience in Maintenance of MEP Installations. Minimum Experience:* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing within a shopping mall or retail industry.* Diploma in civil/ building maintenance engineering.* Experience within the maintenance services market sector preferably in a corporate office environment demonstrating: sound knowledge of civil and maintenance jobs, workload planning, customer service satisfaction and quality workmanship.Job-Specific Skills:Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if situation demands. Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.Must be well familiar with computer applications and capable of generating & presenting maintenance reports.
