As part of their team, you will have the opportunity to work in a company that truly makes a difference in people's lives.What will you be doing?Champion a culture in which people feel engaged and inspired to provide top business results.Build operational infrastructure to scale their human resource operations including compensation calculation, seniority tiering methodology, interview structures, etc.Work with departments to build a talent acquisition strategy, partnering closely with the Founders.Come up with new concepts and translate them into user flows and working prototypes ready to be tested with real customers.Work with the CEO to establish frameworks across headcount, attrition, and hiring goals.Work with the CEO to align across larger business objectives including product roadmap, CAC, and fundraising.Create a thoughtful, clear metrics-driven approach that tracks, monitors, and evaluates the impact and effectiveness of all programs.Think creatively and bring an innovation framework to talent acquisitionAsk questions, try new things, and constantly learn and improve.Maintain a sky-high bar for all the produced work.What key skills will you bring to the team?Experience leading and empowering medium-scale talent organizations (30-100) with an emphasis on building high-performing teams and inclusive culturesA passion for people development and a track record of coaching and motivating high-performing teamsA perspective on and deep belief in the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion across all facets of the hiring and recruitment processExperience building recruiting infrastructure, including processes and toolsA data-driven approach to decision-making that leads to increased operational efficiency and effectivenessBe open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.You should apply if...You have high integrity and a team-first mentality.You take initiative and have a bias towards action.You're tenacious with a strong work ethic.You have a growth mindset.You are looking to take on ownership and join a fast-paced environment.You are based in, or willing to relocate to Dubai.CompanyOur client position themselves as a trailblazer who is always a step ahead.
