We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Manager to join our team at OSN. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the overall customer experience. As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our online presence, manage digital marketing campaigns and analyse performance metrics to drive growth and profitability. You will be accountable for delivering revenue targets by leveraging OSN's unique audience insights and premium content offerings. Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Content and Partnership Development teams will be crucial.Key AccountabilitiesCreate and execute comprehensive online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer acquisition.Identify and target key customer segments to drive new subscriptions and sales through online channels.Implement tactics such as promotional offers, discounts, and partnerships to attract new customers.Analyze website performance metrics such as conversion rates and traffic to identify opportunities for improving online performance.Implement A/B testing, optimization techniques, and user experience enhancements to increase sales and revenue.Work closely with Marketing team to plan digital marketing campaigns to promote OSNtv services across various online platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and affiliate marketing.Manage the day-to-day operations of online platforms, including website management, content updates, and product listings.Monitor online sales performance, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the Pay TV industry.Work closely with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Finance, and Operations, to ensure alignment and support for e-commerce initiatives.Qualifications & experienceEducational requirement:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.Experience requirement:Minimum 3-5 years digital sales experience.Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the Pay TV or entertainment industry.Proficiency in e-commerce platforms.Passion for technology, digital innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Knowledge and Skills:Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing techniques and website analytics tools.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills - verbal and written English language. Arabic proficiency would be nice to have and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes
