We’re seeking a proactive, highly motivated and skilled relationship manager with experience in the financial industry. This position has elements of sales, marketing and retention.You will utilize your network to source potential clients, then monitor customer’s trading accounts and retain their business, with the aim of building long term partnerships with clients as we support their trading and investment needs through our platform and multi-asset offering.What will you be doing?Utilizing your existing network to introduce new customers to eToroActively increase our client base by providing support, information, guidance, and market information to customersResearch new business opportunities, partnerships, actively participate in developing and implementing growth strategies and plans to expand our reachIdentifying and mapping business strengths and customer needsCustomer focused and willing to engage with customers to learn what they are looking for and understand the level of service and quality expectedBuild and manage relationships with local and international teams (client facing, marketing, middle and back office) to ensure success of projects and strategiesContinually take opportunities to increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationshipsServicing of client accounts which include:To share financial markets and/or products information/commentary to clientsTo share marketing promotions to clientsTo guide clients on the usage of the Company’s trading systemsTo interact with clients to increase client’s satisfaction and strengthen relationshipsTo assist clients with their questions on their accountsTo assist Compliance with the processing of client’s due diligence and transaction monitoring to comply with the respective jurisdictions requirements and ethical standards of the CompanyTo work with internal teams (e.g. Compliance, AML, back office) to facilitate respective process flows / business projects towards successTo represent the company at events with prospects and clientsThere may be additional duties that the Company may require you to perform as part of your role from time to time.Qualifications:Degree educated, with in Economics / Finance / Business Administration preferredFinancial/Industry qualifications is a plus requirements A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and go above and beyond to achieve all tasks.Planning and project management skills – you will need to manage time and information effectively and efficiently.Strong interest, knowledge and passion for global financial marketsGood MS office skillsFamiliarity of CRM software, Salesforce preferredPrevious sales, tele-marketing or service oriented experience is a plusSecondary language skills are highly desirable (Native level Arabic preferred)Competitive salary plus bonuseToro trading accountFun and vibrant working environmentWellbeing gifts and merchandiseThis role will be based in our ADGM office & candidates must have full working rights in the UAE.
