This role offers the opportunity to work on high visibility and high impact projects across the region and multiple categories. Hence knowledge of brand health tracking studies is a plus.The role will help you further expand your solid research base (breadth and depth of expertise and credibility) and refine your problem solving skills; Develop and refine your client management skills. Working under the direction of a senior, you play an important role in ensuring the research project delivers depth of insight and understanding of the clients market. Responsible for running and delivering projects end to end, including project management, survey development, analysis, reporting and presentations, under the direction of a Senior.Responsibilities:A Research Manager independently manages moderate-complexity quant & qual methodologies (as appropriate) from survey design through final delivery to clients with the highest quality and efficiency.Develops compelling and accurate story-led analyses and final reports, to be discussed with and signed off by project lead/more senior team members.A Research Manager suggests appropriate survey instrument, develops the survey and analysis plan for low to medium complexity studies.(Co)Deliver clear and compelling presentations to clients / main stakeholders, with right depth of insightWork together with the operations team to execute studies in an accurate and timely manner. Managing the project at every cycle (Questionnaire, Scripting, Field Work, Data processing, Visualizing reports, analysis and delivery).Provide clear, consistent, and proactive communication to clients regarding project progress, provide consultation on basic survey design & methodology (by email and on live calls).Manages projects to time and budget with some support for more complex ones, and manages internal timelines and processes to ensure on-time delivery of all client deliverables.MetrixLab has several research solutions focusing on 2 broad pillars of Brand Engagement & Product Innovation. This role is not bounded by specific solution.You will get the opportunity to drive different and challenging solutions/projects.You will be instrumental in identifying efficiency requirements, managing team & will also be in touch with MetrixLab global colleagues to bring best practices & new solutions to the Dubai team.Skills Required & Qualifications:Graduate / Post-Graduate or a relevant University degree (in Marketing, Economics, business, statistics, analytics etc).3-5 years of marketing research experience (ideally on the supplier side).Experience with A-Z research (from designing questionnaire to present to client).Must have primary research experience for quantitative studies.Knowledge of brand health tracking studies and U&A’s is a plus.Client servicing experience.Strong analytical skills.Experience with turning data into actionable insights.Strong communication skills: oral and written.Attention to detail, coupled with being able to identify broad, strategic implications.A creative and enthusiastic approach to solving business issues.Someone who enjoys working in a small / entrepreneurial environment with a bright future ahead.
