**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the market research team to gather comprehensive data on the Dubai real estate market, including property prices, rental trends, market demand, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and implement research methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure the quality and efficiency of research activities.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategies and decision-making processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate research findings, market trends, and actionable recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate economic indicators, regulatory changes, and other external factors that impact the real estate market.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and business development, to provide data-driven insights that support their initiatives and goals.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Develop a content strategy focused on exploring high-impact trending and forward-looking real estate trends.
- Publish a wide range of relevant and innovative thought leadership papers and articles, including macroeconomic insight, both across MENA and globally.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, market developments, and best practices in real estate market research.
- Mentor and train junior researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, or similar.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize large amounts of information from various sources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry trends is a plus.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices in data handling.
