Panaroma Finance is the world's leading blockchain-based cryptocurrency exchange platform. Its headquarters are in Canada and Lithuania & Branch office is in Dubai. We deal with digital currencies that are prevalent around the world, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and other digital currencies at face value.We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Associate to be a part of our Sales team. You should be able to research and identify new business opportunities. Besides, you should be able to develop sales pitches and effective business plans. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients.You should be detail-oriented and able to conduct sales analysis. You should also be able to organize networking events. You will be coordinating with the Business Development Representative in creating sales and promotional materials.As a Business Development Representative, you should be aware of the latest industry developments and practices. Moreover, you should be highly motivated and familiar with various CRM software. Your ability to manage stressful situations and your deadline-driven attitude will work to your advantage.If you can aid in increasing the company s sales, then do write to us. We would like to have a word with you.ResponsibilitiesMeeting the business goals and objectivesConducting market research and analyzing competitor activitiesIdentifying and contacting potential clientsBuilding and maintaining long lasting business relationships with clientsUpdating client and lead information in the respective databasesDeveloping and implementing business growth strategiesPreparing and presenting client retention plansMonitoring and analyzing sales dataReporting and coordinating the day-to-day activities with the Business Development ManagerAssisting the Business Development Coordinator in preparing sales pitchesPlanning and drafting business plansHelping in the creation of promotional and sales materialsOrganizing and attending networking eventsAddressing any client queries in a timely and professional mannerCreating accurate and detailed sales reportsRequirementsBachelor s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field3-5 years of work experience as a Business Development Associate, Business Development Representative, Business Development Coordinator, or a similar role in the Sales departmentKnowledge of the ongoing market conditions and latest developmentsFamiliarity with CRM software like Salesforce, HubSpot, and ZohoExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsGood analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsAbility to manage stressful situations and strict deadlinesHighly motivated individualAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAbility to offer excellent customer service Disclaimer: Drjobs.ae
