VP Sales - Digital Telecom BSS Solutions - MENA Region

Based : Dubai / UAE / Hybrid
Expand Group are running a search for a proven direct Sales Director / VP Sales (Telco) for a high-growth telecom technology scale-up. The organisation are a digital telecom operator and SaaS / BSS solution provider who enable telecom partners globally ( MNO/ MVNOs) to drive their own digital transformation evolution - quickly entering new markets with new digital brands and creating value in a fiercely competitive marketplace. An ambitious global expansion agenda is set.
The VP Sales, based from Dubai will be the Regional Sales lead for the MENA region - An individual contributor in a newly-created role offering an opportunity to drive forward and lead Sales for the MENA Region - and it's a key strategic hire as part of the organisation's international growth agenda. Your close CXO-level relationships ( Telco) will be the starting point and you will be targeted to lead complex and transformational Digital BSS deals through to closure. Target market Tier 1 / 2 ( MNO, MVNO) telco / enterprise accounts within UAE and neighbouring ME countries. You will be supported by a expert team of technical presales (BSS) and customer success.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
5 years plus direct consultative solution selling experience in SaaS / digital solutions into the telecom vertical across ME -MNO, MVNOs, CSPs
Existing C-Level / CXO-level network across Middle East
Experience of selling BSS / OSS or similar solutions to Telecom vertical market in Middle East
Track record of closing complex, transformation deals - with high direct CXO- level engagement and personal network
Highly-driven self-starter who can thrive in a highly fast-paced start-up/ scale-up setting
