TECOM Group is well-positioned to continue playing an integral role in cementing Dubai’s status as a global business and talent hub.The role holder is responsible for developing an integrated TECOM branding and corporate marketing strategy and delivering in the areas of branding, corporate marketing, agency management & corporate brand collateral management to provide all commercial business units and internal TECOM departments an integrated solution for creating value in both the short and long term.Marketing Manager – UAE National | TECOM Group Dubai | Apply NowDon’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.comKey Responsibilities/Accountabilities• Support the Vice President – Marketing and Communications in developing an integrated TECOM branding and corporate marketing strategy to meet the respective brand position objectives and financial targets and ensure achievement of objectives via identification of significant strategic initiatives.• Develop TECOM’s overall as well as Business Units’ brand identity and brand positioning• Manage, plan, and deliver corporate events from conception to implementation in line with the branding strategy and guidelines. Corporate and Brand Guidelines• Develop the TECOM Corporate and Brand Guidelines for different TECOM verticals and brands. Ensure that the clients and suppliers understand and adhere to the guidelines and induct or coach people on the use of the guidelines.• Work with other members of the wider marketing team to ensure all marketing activities across TECOM are in full compliance with brand guidelines and line with approved company processes.• Work with other members of the wider marketing team to develop brand positioning and essence for each Business Community / Brand. This should follow the corporate brand profile (including DNA) and standard. Project Management and Marketing Process• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the end-to-end development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for new launches.• Ensure that all marketing projects commence with a robust written brief and approved budget and that all stakeholders are clear on the project deliverables and resources required to complete the project. This includes managing stakeholder expectations on the time and budget required to undertake a project.• Develop all branding and marketing campaigns and materials to manage the effective promotion and marketing of TECOM Corporate and TECOM Subsidiaries in coordination with key stakeholders through the provision of clear and solid briefs and timely, actionable feedback Creative• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure project timelines are always met and creative quality is up to high standards, catering to TECOM’s verticals and brands in the commercial and industrial sectors (e.g., DIC, DMC, DSP, etc.) 2 Classification: Internal• Ensure that marketing materials and campaigns developed are showcased in a timely fashion through the company portal TADRI and other Internal Communications channels Budgets and Operational Plans• Oversee the effective planning, allocation of resources, and implementation of appropriate standards and controls to ensure that all business activities are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively, meeting or exceeding the corporate objectives.• Ensure the regular monitoring of the implementation of approved budgets and corrective action to ensure expenditure is controlled within budgets.• Review all marketing budgets during the budgeting process and help the marketing teams identify what activities are of strategic or tactical importance and brand building. Agency Search, Selection, and Management• Manage relationships with external vendors and establish KPIs and standards to ensure quality in the deliverables.• Determine the Scope of Work in collaboration with the business units and determine what roster of agency specialisms are required to deliver that work. Conduct an RFP with Procurement to recruit the right agencies, freelancers, or seconded resources.• Collaborate with the entire Marketing and Communications team to determine what synergies are possible through agency recruitment and projects. Relationship Management and Continuous Improvement• Ensure the brands are supported with all needs related to marketing, including but not limited to design content and production.• Provide timely and quick responses to internal departments such as Business Support, Business Units, HC, etc.• Work closely with the communication and marketing teams to achieve department goals.• Manage new corporate launches / projects / products (i.e. website development), new TECOM products, etc.• Develop all brand content and support events/marketing team when needed.• Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, partners, and suppliers. Meet with them frequently to increase business knowledge and enhance the branding strategy and plans.• Understand and adopt international best practices to develop branding, policies, systems, processes, procedures, and budgets to ensure the consistent application and ease of operation and to translate the strategy into operational action plans/ projects and achieve or exceed the business objectivesMinimum Qualification:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, or Communications is required.Experience: • 3-5 years of experience in branding, corporate marketing, etc., with experience in conception and implementation of concepts, development of concepts for campaigns, layouts, and designs, implementation of guidelines and strategies in various creative projects, and event management, etc.• Sector experience in real estate and associated industries or other knowledgeintensive sectors (e.g., technology, media, telecom
