The main duties and responsibilities of this role:Support the Director of Operations in developing new, long lasting business partnering relationship with all key account holders that will enable to obtain effective and collaborative future opportunities for the business cluster in line with the cluster strategy plans.Develop PDM strategies and annual plans and ensure the execution annual plans in line with the business objectives and overall targets of the Division and ensure EC financial targets are met through effective management of BP expansions, churn, and downsizes and legal cases. Advise and oversee development of PDM initiatives and activities (including selling building signage, PDM cost recovery through sponsorships and barter deals) and ensure delivery of quality service to customers in line with Division strategy and monitor budgets and performance against KPI’s to ensure targets are met.Manage and develop the PDM databases, review, and release MIS reports to provide Management with timely information to monitor the progress of all initiatives against plan, budgets.Lead PDM team in creating new innovative initiatives that bring added value to EC Community with emphasis on lead generation and partner retention.Develop operational models, student strategy and policies and corresponding action plans in line with the strategic plan of the education cluster to ensure that the department meets the overall objective of the business.Develop KPI’s for the department and prepare and release relevant reports to provide Management with timely information to monitor the progress of deliverables against targets, for effective decision making and business growth.Maintain and/or develop relationships that support the ongoing sustainability and fiscal health of the student hub through continuous interactions and alliances with related organizations, universities and associations that help to build long lasting business partnerships and business development opportunities.Reviewing emerging trends in regional/international markets and ensure continuous improvement of practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, changes in international standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans.About you:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Graduate degree in Business Administration or Education.6 - 8 years of experience in Education industry preferably in a similar role.Good communication skills in English and Arabic.Business outlook.Customer Focus.Results Orientation.About the Benefits:At Dubai Holding, we're committed to nurturing the success and well-being of our colleagues.
