Responsibilities
Daily operational management.Maximise F&B outlet revenue and handle group requests.Budgeting and forecasting.Implementation and maintenance of brand standards and standard operating procedures.Enhancing the guest experience through food and service quality.Implementation of quality assurance programs.Ensuring the implementation and compliance with the Company’s Fire, Life, and Safety requirements, including food safety and hygiene standards, Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP).

Requirement
A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.Experience in the food and beverage industry, including roles in management and leadership.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues, guests, and other hotel departments.Ability to think calmly under pressure.Willingness to learn open-mindedly.Passion of food and curiosity for something newStrong leadership and managerial skills to oversee food and beverage operations across multiple hotels.
