You will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:* Preferably you should have degree/ diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years experience as Service Advisor/ Service Consultant in aآ reputed Automotive Dealership.* You are the front line critical interface with our customers, a professional who understands and believes in customer satisfaction. You will be required to provideآ established standards of Customer Service through diagnostic ability, assessment of repairs/ maintenance and very importantly quality customer care.* Strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence are critical for this job.* You should also good in PC Skills/ MS Office and capable of using dealer management systems with minimum training.
