Client Relations ExecutiveAMA Audit & Tax AdvisoryAbu DhabiJob Summary:We are seeking a Client Relations Executive to join our team and be the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. The Client Relations Executive will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.Responsibilities:
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.Conduct outdoor visits in the market to find potential clients.Keep prospective client database updatedMake cold calls for new business leadsMaintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company.Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of proposals etc.At least two years of proven experience in Auditing and Accounting firm in UAEDegree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar will be preferredMust possess strong customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationMust have good negotiation skillsMus be able to create good presentationsMust have excellent interpersonal skillsMust be detail oriented and an active listenerAbility to work under pressure.
