It reflects theirMEA POC Application & IT support specialist | Energy Jobline Dubai | Apply NowYour Tasks And ResponsibilitiesOperational execution of the Application (Clinical Support) andInformatics support for the Siemens Healthineers Direct customers and thecustomers managed by our Business PartnersSupport of the entire POC service portfolio includingapplication support, training, customer education, installation and projectmanagement responsibilities along with traditional field service break fixesand business partner engagement and managementAssuring the operational performance through the respective CSProcesses, incl. adherence of processes to standards and Service Quality SystemSupport new systems rollout phases, updates and upgradesStriving to reduce the time to 1st result, maximize systemimplementation, throughput of DX POC instruments and of reagents required forbusiness successStrong collaboration and partnership with Sales in the pre-Salesphase to develop best in class solutions and ensure their ease ofimplementationExperience is required in the following areas:medical/diagnostic equipment, Application and Clinical support of Point Of Careinstruments, capabilities to coordinate completion of activities.Experience is desired in the following areas: service/supportprocesses, project management, analyticalskills for data consolidation, influencing without authorityacross MESA.Increase Customer Satisfaction in the region through moreproactive support approachSupport new product evaluations and their related activitiesfrom Data collection, Auditing , feeding till generating EP reportsConduct Customer trainings as part of the customer continuouseducation and as a source of potential service revenue.Conduct Technical/ Application workshops for BP to shareknowledge and increase the BP efficiency.Act as a back-up for the Business Partner Manager allowing toreinforce the relationship and the management of the BP performances in thezone.Develop new concepts like Blood Gas instruments softwareUpgrades using tpF & ASU and remote customer trainingsDevelop expertise on Atellica VTLi and its clinical contextReinforce the professional project management approach in largeprojects (i.e.: Poccelerator, Atellica VTLi)Work to maximize customer loyalty and satisfactionCommunicate the value proposition of Siemens services to customersEnsure customer satisfaction through timely follow up on all issuesKey Customer and area ManagementDevelop long term value-based relationships with key accountsProvide additional escalation support to resolve key account issuesDevelop proactive account plans to prevent or predict issuesProvide continuous communication across organization for key accountsActively seek feedback from key customers and closely work with local CS and Regional organizations to maximize customer satisfaction to be greater than 65% NPSSupport the country CS organizations in ensuring a smooth & successful implementation of all major POC projects and new product launchesProactively review customer satisfaction reports through the echo360 tool and take action with product line service leads whenever necessary to increase customer satisfactionIdentify best practices in region, countries and other external Service providers that would lead to a better customer experience and facilitate expansion across MESAPromote and implement creative ideas on cross functional collaboration, process efficiency and new ways of delivering customer support (i.e.: Customer self-service, remote updates etc.)Be a strong ambassador in MESA when it comes to promoting and implementing new & innovative CS tools (i.e.: smart collaborator, TeamPlay Fleet, SRS next gen etc.)Actively collaborate with the Marketing & Sales teams when business opportunities are identified in order to maximize their outcomesProvide functional expertise, related to service including application services, IT support and customer satisfaction.Your Qualifications And ExperienceAbility to work crossfunctionally in a collaborative manner while operating in a heavily matrixedenvironmentand reportingstructure.Demonstratesa working knowledge of clinical laboratory operations and workflow (pre andpost analytical),data analysisand interpretation, presentation skills, and experience with the operation ofvarious Point ofCareinstruments and middleware.Fullprofessional proficiency in English & Arabic languageMust possess3-5 years of experience in Application and/or IT support in a service and/orPoint Of CareDiagnosticsbusinessBS/BA inrelated discipline, or advanced degree, where required or equivalentcombination of education andExperiencePriorDon’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.com
