Akkodis is part of the Adecco Group.We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, ideally having served as a Tech Lead or Solution Architect, and a proven track record in pre-sales within the software development domain.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and identify opportunities for our software development solutions.Develop comprehensive and tailored proposals, including detailed technical solutions, project plans, and cost estimates.Conduct presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value and capabilities of our solutions to potential clients.Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process, ensuring alignment between client needs and our solutions.Work closely with internal teams, including product development and engineering, to ensure proposals are feasible and aligned with our capabilities.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to ensure our proposals are competitive and innovative.Assist in the creation of marketing materials and case studies to support the sales process.Preferred Skills:Experience with various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Knowledge of software development tools and technologies (e.g., SDLC, SAP, Salesforce).Familiarity with IT managed services and digital transformation projects.Understanding of CAPEX vs OPEX, and licensed vs open-source software.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales role within the software development industry.Strong technical background, with prior experience as a Tech Lead or Solution Architect.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Proven ability to develop detailed and accurate proposals and cost estimates.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and solution optimization.Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
