Perform extensive reliable market research aimed at understanding competitor business presence, positioning, product lines, product experience, their sales, prices and methods of distribution and marketing etc. Conduct research regarding marketing strategies and consumer opinions while collaborating with statisticians, marketing professionals and pollsters Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of targeted marketing campaigns and their success by conducting stakeholder interviews to get a better understanding of the target audience, develop personas, affinity maps, and other research artifacts to better visualize what tools and tactics will work best Create and coordinate multimedia packages for effective and efficient communication to boost fintech products growth Based on assessment, draft and propose communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia Coordinate the planning and implementation of marketing, social media, market research, sponsorship and PR communication activities for the brand and all creative works related to these activities Create the integrated communication plan with an integrated communication perspective Create a communication roadmap and ensuring that the relevant projects are carried out on time Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract new customers and retain existing ones Managing the entire marketing plan in line with the planned budget Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
