We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to support a leading design supplier of bespoke clothing/uniform in the country.
Key Responsibilities: Quotation Management: Prepare and complete quotations with precision ensuring all client specifications and pricing details are accurate and uptodate.Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner and Senior Merchandiser Manager including scheduling meetings managing correspondence and organizing files.Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information for quotations and address any inquiries promptly if necessary.Logistics Coordination: Assist in managing logistics operations including coordinating shipments tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery of products.Documentation: Maintain organized records of all transactions communications and logistical details to ensure seamless operations.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.Problem Solving: Address any administrative or logistical challenges efficiently and proactively providing solutions to maintain workflow continuity. Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative role preferably within the fashion or design industry. Logistics experience is highly desirable.Exceptional organizational skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to adapt to a fastpaced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Selfmotivated and able to manage work pressure effectively.
