You will be a key player in building and maintaining an exceptional team, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent. Your key responsibilities will include:Talent Acquisition:Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs, create tailored recruitment plans, and provide applicants with quality candidate experience.Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:Utilize various channels for talent sourcing, including job boards, social media, and networking.Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and skills evaluations.Colleague Branding:Enhance the hotel’s colleague brand to attract top talent in the competitive hospitality market.Implement creative and effective marketing strategies for job openings.Interview Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.Collaborate with hiring managers to provide feedback and make informed hiring decisions.Onboarding:Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Collaborate with various departments to deliver effective orientation programs.Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:Develop and maintain recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.Provide regular reports to leaders on recruitment activities and results.Qualifications And RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager in luxury hospitality.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners.Proficient in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.com
