EKFC is on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join us as a Learning Systems Coordinator In this role, you'll play a crucial part in overseeing the administration of our LMS (iDevelop), analyzing learner data, and coordinating essential processes and programs for Learning & Development.Operating within the framework of HR practices, you'll stay updated on factors influencing current practices, employee retention, and policies. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is key, ensuring open channels of communication within and across departments.As part of your responsibilities, you'll:Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure courses and content are functional in the LMS.Execute tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting concurrent and time-sensitive deadlines.Key Result Areas: 1. Control the overall system administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) which may include setting permissions, configurations, producing reports, uploading eLearning materials (Courses & Course content), monitoring usage, etc. to maintain learning database & processes efficiently.2. Support requests to upload Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Assessments in the LMS from the business in a timely manner to ensure timely execution of on the job training3. Establish and maintain standards to ensure data integrity and best practices related to the LMS. 4. Coordinate with the external technology vendor for new system requirements (upgrades), user testing or maintenance requests to deliver best practices and functionalities for end users while promptly resolving issues. 5. Conduct trainings or refreshers on LMS and frequently engage end users and internal stakeholders across the business which ensures the adoption of the system functionalities through awareness sessions.6. Build a culture of Learning analytics which involves measurement, collection, analysis, and reporting of data about learners, learning experiences, and learning programs for purposes of understanding and optimizing learning and its impact on an organization’s performance.7. Deliver data findings in a variety of visual formats that appropriately provide insight to users, including online data visualizations, slide decks, and reports.8. Partner with learning leaders and internal stakeholders to identify, establish usable metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate department learning performance and compliance at the department and company level.9. Conduct root cause analysis of operational trends and identify variations in key performance indicators by performing exploratory data analysis within all available data sources to drive positive learning performance. 10. Develop and communicate training plan, including the schedule, curriculum, venue and trainer assignment and backup, to meet compliance and business requirements11. Maintain and proactively manage training enrolments, changes and completions in iDevelop to optimize seat utilization and to meet training compliance targets. 12. Manage licensing formalities, trainer accreditation and renewals with relevant accreditation bodies in a timely manner to ensure regulatory requirements are met.13. Plan and coordinate induction and safety trainings for Outsource Providers employees based on request from Outsource Providers and/or Talent Acquisition team, to meet the resourcing requirements of the business on a timely basis.14. Plan and coordinate trainings with approved external training vendors, including logistics, managing digital certificates upload in LMS and forecasting and invoicing with Finance team, to meet training compliance requirements.15. Manage end to end requisitions via Coupa, raised by the team, to ensure vendor/supplier payments are made on time and L&D inventory and training materials for training is sufficiently stocked up.16. Support in providing training records, reports and certificates for internal and external audits, to fulfil audit requirements.Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience: Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR, CIPD is desirable Experience & Knowledge: 5 years’ experience developing HR and people-based analytics.gained within a large organisation and must have a good understanding of applying a range of statistical methods.3 years’ advanced working knowledge of LMS.Skills: and advanced user of MS Excel and Oracle BI Analytic reportingresults. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skillsto seek and synthesise information from a variety of sources and draw solid conclusion based on in depth analysis.to prioritize projectsto thrive in an ever-changing environment using an ambitious mindsetability to handle multiple priorities and support multiple people / programs simultaneouslycustomer service skills (both internally and externally)collaboratively and cooperatively across organizational boundaries.strong relationships with business partners and team members; ability to build your credibility and brand across broader teamsSelf-directed and independent worker / capable of working with minimal supervision.
