Associate, IT compliance is part of IT compliance team who will be an interface between GRC team and IT This role will be responsible to ensure the company policies are translated into operational procedures by IT team and ensure they are properly implemented through governance & internal
Essential functions: Understanding the various audit/assessment landscape of the companyBe a point of contact to convey the security policy changes to key stakeholdersEvaluating internal operational and procedural complianceCo-ordinating with key stake holders to keep the compliance related documents up to dateDeveloping and maintaining a compliance record keeping systemEvaluate procedural compliance through governance/assessment through metrics, dashboard, ,Perform quarterly privilege access review to ensure compliance with policiesExperience: 3 to 5 years of experience in compliance role with atleast 1 year experience in Windows or Unix system administration or networkBasic knowledge of different authentication and authorization techniquesAbility to rationalize data from a variety of resources to visualize the big picture (enterprise-wide)System administration knowledge in either Windows or UnixGood written & verbal communication; ability to write crisp & concise technical reportsCollaborate & co-ordinate with many stakeholders as needed; time management skills to handle escalations as neededStrong communication and customer interactionEducation: Associate s or Bachelor s degree Disclaimer: Drjobs.ae
