Job Description:As a Merchandising Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for actively participating in setting up goals across the complete Division. You will effectively facilitate the team to achieve these goals with a focus on growth in sales and profitability, cost minimization, and profit maximization. Your role will encompass Sales, Design, Sourcing, and manufacturing. We are looking for a prudent manager and an inspiring leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, outstanding organizational, and leadership skills.Role Description:
Developing high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.Securing business from International Buyers to increase profits and expand the business value by developing and managing clients & accounts effectively.Managing the entire order process from receiving customer orders to production scheduling, allocation of resources, and timely delivery.Coordinating with production, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled according to customer requirements and deadlines.Conducting costing analysis to determine the production costs associated with garment manufacturing.Working with finance and production teams to establish pricing strategies that ensure profitability while remaining competitive in the market.Demonstrating adequate knowledge, potential, and drive to handle large-scale Apparel vertical with a clear commitment to continuously improve the performance matrix in line with corporate objectives.Having a winning attitude in negotiating & achieving target profitability through innovative ideas that simplify processes in terms of manufacturing/profitability.Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team.Building trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and acting as a point of contact.
Qualifications:
Market Planning and Market Research skillsNew brand onboarding experienceExperience of 5+ years in Marketing, Sales, or related fieldBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldExcellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skillsAbility to do instant garment costingsFluency in English and Tamil is a must
