If you love new challenges, are open to learning and thrive in an entrepreneurial culture, this is exactly the place for you.What you’ll doWork closely with the VP Commercial on strategic and operational topics such as Commercial strategy, revenue streams, pricing, negotiation.Proactively build and execute initiatives that impact commercial growth across UAE & KSA teamAnalyze key business questions with frameworks, restaurant insights and data to craft concrete recommendations to unlock revenue opportunitiesTrack the overall performance of the commercial business from a financial and operational perspectiveBuild and support business planning for regional teams, roadmaps, OKR setting and prioritization with the commercial leadership teamProactively identify and lead strategic initiatives with the cross functional teams to optimize day-to-day operations and improve business impactBe a thought partner to leadership to support the growth of noon Food’s ambition to be a market leader in the region.What you’ll needMasters degree in Management from a top tier school2+ years of experience as a Management Consultant working on Strategic projects from a top tier consulting firmExperience working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies to maximize revenueStrong commercial acumen to solve real world problems in a highly competitive food delivery landscapeStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint). Hands-on experience in SQL / Big query or any programming language is preferableAbility to generate ideas and solve problems independentlyExcellent analytical & project management skillsComfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environmentTrack record of working cohesively with a team and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job doneWho will excel?‘noon isn’t for everyone.
