About the job CMO - Group Marketing Director - restaurant GroupPosition:CMO -Chief Marketing OfficerCorporate role for an international group of high-end standalone restaurantsRole based in the UAEOverview:CØMPΛNIUM Hospitality is an executive search firm, working on the niche market of recruitment of managers and executives for luxury hotel groups and standalone high-end restaurant groups.On behalf of our client, we are looking for aCMO - Chief Marketing Officer for the Group, to oversee the marketing strategy for the whole company.Job Overview:As the CMO - Group Marketing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives for the restaurant group, present on different continents (the Middle East, Europe, the US and Asia)You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the brand vision and business objectives.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.Key responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the restaurant group, including brand positioning, messaging, and tactics for each location with the person in charge of the marketing, on site, on the restaurantCollaborate with the executive team to define and communicate brand vision, values, and goalsLead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including traditional and digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and eventsOversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, such as menus, brochures, and advertisementsManage and analyze marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and track ROIConduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform marketing strategiesWork closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, culinary, and finance, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and initiativesLead a team of marketing professionals on different locations and countries, providing guidance, support, and development opportunitiesMonitor and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvementFoster relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to drive brand awareness and partnershipsStay informed on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure all marketing efforts are in line with legal requirementsQualifications: Master /Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and developmentProven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies at a Corporate levelStrong leadership skills and experience managing a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to think creatively and strategicallyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in the hospitality industry is a must#J-18808-Ljbffr
