We cater to Global Restaurant Chains and are pioneers in QSR, Casual Dining and Upscale DinningJob Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts in GCC Countries. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth. As the CMO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing initiatives, including branding, advertising, digital marketing, and market research.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness andcustomer acquisition.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity,collaboration, and excellence.Define and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, socialmedia, email, and traditional advertising.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall businessobjectives and revenue targets.Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences and competitive landscapes.Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and key stakeholders.Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, continuously seekingopportunities for innovation and improvement.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.Proven experience (5-8 years) in a senior marketing role, with a focus on strategic planningand execution.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in the UAE market or the broader Middle East region is a plus.
