Our aim is to create dynamic marketplaces to connect businesses with the right communities to accelerate their growth in today’s rapidly evolving landscape.The Delegate Sales Manager will be responsible for a delegates sales revenue target for a defined group of Key Accounts for Rail Transport Event.Delegate Sales Manager | dmg events Dubai | Apply NowDo miss out on thisn’t m exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.comKey AccountabiitiesMaximising and optimising delegate sales for Rail Transport Event and any other products as assignedAssist operations on site with delegate registrationEffectively communicating your sales strategy with the marketing, content and event manager for each product.Take full ownership of your allocated clients/regions, revenue targets, new business development, activity, reporting and overall KPI’s.Selling over the phone to existing and potential new clients to meet sales revenue targets and identifying new leadsWorking with the content, marketing team and database resources to help select and accurately target prospective delegate growth areas.Assessing and helping to improve current and prospective customer retention and acquisition strategiesTo assist in the processing & confirmation of exhibitor information and to monitor exhibitor responses to ensure all necessary information is Working with the entire project team to ensure that delegate requirements and expectations are metHave a good understanding of CRM systems, preferably SalesforceQualifications And ExperienceExperience in B2B conference delegate sales, ideally in the Rail Transport sector (generally speaking, candidates that will be considered should have at least 6-12 months of experience in this sector)Experience in the use of databases (particularly salesforce) in both mass and targeted sales campaignsExcellent negotiation and relationship building skillsAccount management/account planningCustomer-focused, with a consultative selling style, as well as transactional selling experienceExcellent command of written and spoken (business) English, – other languages could be an advantage, particularly European/Eurasian languagesSound commercial awareness, excellent organizational skillsHighly motivated and proactive with a strong sense of urgency and results orientationSelf-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
